I moved from Hamilton to Guelph in 2012 to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Zoology in 2016 and began working in a veterinary hospital full time following my undergraduate studies. It is at that time that I came to appreciate and aspire to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. I was welcomed into the Highway 24 team with open arms in the fall of 2018 as a placement student during my studies at Sheridan College and never left. I graduated from Sheridan College Veterinary Technician Program with honours in 2020. When not caring for and loving on your furry companions (I have a soft spot for Aussies!), I can be found rock climbing, camping, exploring Ontario and napping with my silly mini aussie, Ekho, and my lazy orange tabby cat, Loki.
